How billing works

  • Payment is required immediately; there is no trial period.
  • Subscriptions recur for five years: 60 monthly, 10 half-yearly or 5 yearly cycles.
  • Cancelling a subscription deactivates the tenancy immediately. You can reactivate later through the tenancy portal by completing a new payment.
  • Renewal becomes available 15 days before the renewal date. An early renewal starts on the current renewal date, preserving the remaining paid days. A later successful reactivation payment restores the tenancy.
  • Prices shown are the complete charge. GST is not added.
